The Writers in Residence Program seeks to promote creative writing in English within the English-speaking community in Rome. Each year John Cabot University invites an established writer of distinction to spend one to two weeks in Rome during its five-week Summer Institute: Creative Writing and Literary Translation in Rome.
Typically during their stay, the writers in residence offer a master class to students enrolled in the Summer Institutes and Creative Writing Workshops.
