On Wednesday, the Institute for Creative Writing andLiterary Translation welcomes Professor Andrea di Robilant for a reading from his new book: Chasing The Rose: An Adventure in the Venetian Countryside. At once travelogue and investigative story, the book describes the author’s quest for the identity of a mysterious old rose.
Andrea di Robilant teaches journalism and creative writing at John Cabot University. His previous books include the best-selling A Venetian Affair(2003), Lucia in the Age of Napolean (2008) and Irresistible North: From Venice to Greenland in the wake of the Zen Brothers (2011).
The reading will be held on April 16th at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Guarini Campus in the Aula Magna Regina and is open to the public. Please bring photo ID.
